Live showings, hosted by the owner
Pick a time, go live from your phone, and walk buyers through your home while they ask questions in the chat. Hosts choose whether to publish a replay.
For sellers
- Confirm you own the home or are authorized to sell it.
- Written consent from every adult who lives there, including tenants.
- Choose per showing: live only, or recorded (the replay stays private until you publish it, and you can delete it anytime).
- Optional, separate opt-in before any clip is used in our marketing.
Before you go live
- No children, and no faces of other people.
- No occupied bedrooms or bathrooms on camera.
- No documents, mail, IDs, medications, keys, alarm panels or codes.
- No street shots, house numbers or drones, and don't film into a neighbor's yard.
- You're the only narrator. Mute for side conversations; no speakerphone calls.
For buyers
- Before joining, you see a recording notice and confirm you're 18 or older.
- Viewers are muted with cameras off and ask questions in a public chat. No private messages.
- Raising a hand to speak asks for a second, voice-specific consent.
- Fair housing rules apply to everyone in the chat.
Recording-consent rules need attorney review before launch. Verify with a California real estate attorney or escrow officer.
